How do you make bourbon-soaked fudge without making the fudge soggy?

Is there a special recipe, or do I add it to an existing recipe? How do you make bourbon-soaked fudge without making the fudge soggy?
If you have a good fudge recipe already, I'd make the fudge up as usual. IWait until about 30 minutes before serving and then spread the desired amount of bourbon over the top of the pan.

For a 9x16 I'd use shot glasses to douse about 6 or 7 shots onto the fudge. Brush it if you have a basting brush or just lightly use a ruberber spat. Cover.

Not only should the NOT make the fudge gooey (except on the top) but it should preserve most of the alcohol too. ;) If you don't want the alcohol, spread it on 3 hours before serving and let it stand openHow do you make bourbon-soaked fudge without making the fudge soggy?
