What healthy foods are good for making you feel full?

I can't remember what foods are good to eat that actually fill you up.What healthy foods are good for making you feel full?
multi grain bread or whole wheat pasta, lots of vegetables (esp green veges), with some protein like lean chicken. if u're still hungry during your meal, have some more veges. anything high in sugar will just get u hungry and increase your appetite, so stay away from sugary drinks, cakes, candy, cookies, etc.What healthy foods are good for making you feel full?
first off all brown bread and especially whole gran bread and put garlic we you cook its good for feeling full,and drink lots of water also to fill up your stomach,and carrot also good


ha brown rice and pasta good and healthy and make you feel full
Anything that is low suger or glucose.





The trick is to realize that hunger is an irritation of the stomach. In other words, after you eat, it takes some time for it to go away. Generally about 20 minutes.
Basically have a drink before you eat and have protein with every meal. protein makes you feel full for a longer period.
