There are two acting brain in human. one is storeing %26amp; other is active.When active brain work with high speed,tention take place which will not allow the storeing brain to work. Therefore you become confuse or foget what you want to express or do. In order to prevent this situation,Indian religion phylosophy has given answer. One of the answer is to concetrate your self on subject matter.For 10 minite close your eyes and stop or prevent to think.In experiment of few days,you would be able to concetrate your self which will give you power make powerfull presentation
I always search for templates online..That helps me when I don't have any specific idea in mind. Also don't use to much sounds or animations, cause that would make people focus more on the presentation and not in the information you want to give...Remember not to use a dark background because you can have problems projecting it...
I work in Power Point daily. I have found that my presentations are more creative with animations and pictures. Try not to make it too busy because you want the person you are presenting to to pay attention to what you are sayin as opposed to trying to read ahead etc. I animate to where when I am speaking to click a section at a time.
