Does anyone know the procedure for making Crystalized Honey?

I know that it has something to do with heating and cooling repeatedly, but don't know what temperatures or how many times. How long should it take for Crystalization to be complete?Does anyone know the procedure for making Crystalized Honey?
How to make crystallized honey

The honey that is to be forced to granulate (crystallize) should be strained to remove any dark specks of comb or other material. It does not need to be filtered. It is next heated to 140掳F. for 30 minutes or 160掳F. for one minute or a combination in between these two. This pasteurizes the honey and kills the yeast cells that are always present in any honey. The next step is to introduce and mix in ground up previously granulated honey, which provides nuclei on which the new crystals (seed crystals) may grow. The seeded honey is then placed in a cold room at about 57掳F. Under the best conditions the honey will be crystallized and firm in eight to ten days. HOPE THIS HELPS YOU OUT.Does anyone know the procedure for making Crystalized Honey?
Never heard of making it. If you are wanting raw honey, that you basically spread, it has not been pasteurized or filtered. You get it straight from your bee keeper. Otherwise, the first guy is right. Just set it on a shelf and in 6 mos or so it should have crystals in it.
Wait 6 months in happens on it's own.

Or why not buy raw honey it's not processed and already crystallized for you
